As the general manager I help ensure that everyone has the tools and technology they need to provide the best customer experience possible. I do this by empowering a strong team of leaders that share in our corporate beliefs to make us the premier provider of restoration services in the region
While doing this work since 1999, I have learned that what is the day to day for us, is life altering for the customer. We treat every customer with honesty and integrity. We truly do have a heartfelt concern for others in their extreme time of need.
In my off hours, I enjoy learning new things, time with family and friends, hunting, camping, or anything outdoors!
Tim has been in the industry since 1994, and enjoys helping clients in their time of need. It is what has kept him around in the industry for so long. He also enjoys a little down time in the country, being away from it all and enjoying nature for all it has to offer. His favorite part of life is his family, and the time he gets with them as well. For Tim, of course his beautiful wife, and children are family, but so is everyone in this industry who has a high level of integrity, and commitment to help others like he does.
